Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered announced (trailer)

After a teaser and leak of images that followed a few days later, Electronic Arts revealed Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered through a video released on YouTube.

Behind its development are Criterion and Stellar, which promise updated graphics, cross platform play and will include all the DLCs that have been released so far for the original title.

The Nintendo Switch version will run at 1080p / 30 FPS in docked mode and 720p / 30 FPS in handheld mode. Players will enjoy higher-resolution models, more objects and props, longer draw distances, high-resolution shadows and enhanced videos.

Depending on the features of your PC, you will be able to play at 4K / 60 FPS, while for PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X owners there will be two options, 4K / 30 FPS or 1080p / 60 FPS. On the original PlayStation 4 and Xbox One the title will run at 1080p / 30 FPS.

The game will be released on November 6 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One while on the 13th of the same month it is expected for Nintendo Switch. Pre-orders have already started and for more information you can take a walk from the official website of Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered.

Of course, we will wait for the first shots from the gameplay, to make the necessary comparisons with the original title.
